just try changing the connection type to memory card..after ur PC detect ur moto, run the MPT... ur MPT will search a nu modem, and then the MPT will switch ur phone mode, so that ur phone will be connected.... hope it'll work.. Try rename back your phone model to E1 iTunes or E398 using old p2kTools Or you can simply run Flex.elf from ELF System to renamed it.
