Post by: Exploited on October 11, 2008, 01:49:53 am
Translation from motofan.ru:

Motorola presents VC6096 communicator, working under Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. The dimentions are 242x235x49,5 mm, and the weight is... 2,2 kg (gosh that's heavy)!

The screen is totally awesome - 640x480 on 65k colors! It is combination of touchscreen + qwerty keyboard.

Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G and GPS are not a problem for this monster. The processor is also a killer: VC6096 is using 624Mhz Intel XScale PXA270.

The RAM amount is the new classics for PDA - 128MB. The build in flash memory is 256MB and of course it do additionally support SD cards.

One additional and significant "feature" is that the phone has extended protection against damage. It can also work from -20C up to 60C.

Nokia Communicator must shake from fear. Who wants to buy one?

It's not a pocket phone. It's more like a big scientific calculator
