Title: E2 with Wi-Fi via miniSIDO Post by: Phizzy on October 07, 2008, 04:16:21 pm I was thinking and i got this crazy idea, Could we somehow take the Wi-Fi CG's from ZN5 and somehow put them into the E2 to enable usage of the miniSIDO card ? :-\

A910, which is pretty close to E2, features WiFi via SDIO - but if you ask me, even if there is a SDIO wifi card which uses the right chipset (it is a Marvell one, I don´t remember the name, but it is the same one as in OLPC XO) there is no guarantee that it´d work. OpenEZX might be a possibility to get SDIO-Wifi on E2. But that might take ages... |
