The phone model is V3r. For example this: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ND7GDCYX is a good new monster pack for r3443. It has MacOS Tiger skin, unilimited video and other minor features. P.S. Here it is: 1. Backup your data 2. Install the following drivers to your comp: http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers/Handset_USB_Driver/ 3. Connect your phone to the comp 4. Open RSD Lite, choose firmware and click to start flashing. 5. Wait until EVERYTHING IS FINISHED. 6. Enjoy.
