btw.. will flashing affect the hdd storage? edit: For flashing the other 02.07R fw, any methods of backing up sms'es? Or to be able to retain them? Or does it not replace at all? Try to browse via the internal browser with file://ezxlocal/sysDatabase/... I hope you can download it. I don't know cos I am not with E8 - it works on E2. Then if you got telnet enabled - you will be able to easily restore.
