first, open Motorola Bootscreen Replacer. Then tick create patch from image. Choose flash type and image, if there is no 49R firmware, you need to add this offset to your offset.ini in Motorola Bootscreen Replacer directory. [ROKR E1 R373...49R] Hellomoto=4D3DDF Welcome=4BFC77 backup_shift=80000 Load your preffered image and simply click create patch... That's all...
