i just flashed my phone with a 42R CG7 only and now when i try to flash another firmware it says something like... "your flashing a reflash file to an empty phone do you want to continue?" i press "yes" and RSD lite hangs with the error "error Sending RQSN boot command."

i even tried using a stock fullflash i downloaded.

can anyone help?

u must install again the "42 for all" COMPLETE.
use multiflashflex and u haven't these problem

could you enter bootloader mode?
if yes.. restore ur fullbackup that previous day you created.. it should ae 32MB backup..
if no backup...use moto repair studio demo. its warez,search it in google..for version 1.01 ..
after getting it,,
select phone model E398.. and hit repair..follow the instruction until finish well, then flash 07.D0, then flash 42R for all full.. ur e398 will alive again.. then restore only ur PDS backup.

yes, i can enter bootloader.

does motorepair studio work on vista? i downloaded one (not from the given link coz page won't load) and it won't open.

what the bootloader do you have?

boot loader screen does not appear. but when i press *+# and power, my phone is detected. in MFF, RSD and FB.

if phone detected in computer,as logicaly you can do everything to your phone..no matter with the bootloader didn't shown.. please make sure whats type of ur phone? if there is iTunes key like tone with green key besides of menu key, surely ur phone is original ROKR E1.. if no itunes key, so ur phone is E398.. whats yours? do you have PDS backup before u get this error?

NOTICE:
if u have PDS backup, try restore it to ur phone with flashbackup that had been downloaded.. if PDS is true from ur last backup, ur phone may can enter bootloader now..
check it first...

if no PDS Backup, u have to use motorepairstudio demo v1.01 to repair ur phone.
yeah.. motorepairstudio doesnt support vista. i try it n not work..

after download it, run program.. connect ur phone to PC with * # o red button pressed...wait till connected.. select phone model e398.. hit restore... follow instructions till finished.. flash 07.D0 bootloader.flash 42R for all full ok

I've repair E398 with MRS, and then flash with 07.D0, but I get error. so, what should I do?

i had has these problem but whit forced bootloader, everything go OK... check in f&b 3 that ur phone model is correctly, and the flash that u will use is ok too... 

Phone model was correct, but it still error when flashing bootloader. But without flashing bootloader I can flashing MP. But there is problem again, when I master clear or master reset, blank screen appear. I restart it but it still blank screen.

what bootloader have u?

i was reading about a wrong flex, i think that these is ur problem... while find the topic, test using motokit.

But I doNt know anything about flex.. anyway, My phone was flash to MoHe and I wont try master reset/clear again, ;)
What is Motokit? where I can find it?

be carefoul with double answers...
Motokit is a program for reset ur flex... maybe the same options that u have in ur phone, but be carefoul.
Use google to find them
