EDIT: I managed to change my video camera settings to 320x240 with enchanced quality by following motofan.ru tutorial. And now the video bitrate of video is 10x bigger than it was before. The change is really, really big. But I havent found anything about higher resolution in motofan. Maybe that is it168 discovery.
