Use moto bootscreen replacer, and the steps are : - Open flash file (use MotoHell_CG1.smg) - Choose flash type and image (choose ROKR E1 R373...49R --> Hellomoto) - Click Load from file... and choose your picture (176x220) - Click Save as...
