Just copy the "starup_test.txt" to /ezxlocal/  and the two others files in to the unKnow folder....

mmm thx fedegil another bug that i've found is that when u open contacts  by ilunch then u have to kill it by the manager, otherwise it wont let you open it again... that sux!!

Or it would be easier if someone knows how to insert additional characters inside a pre-existing language pack. For example insert the character ü to English language pack that comes with MAXX II.

I didn't have the problem in refreshing media player or telnetting.The only problem I got is my phone freezed when I was typing sms over 2 pages.But I think it's a bug from Kaleidoiscope.

I just flashed fedegil69's language pack and i just found out that it already has the Francais language in it. So never mind my last request. Thanks! and good job on the language pack.

Fedegil: Graphic latino 2 had the same problem, the problem is in the itap. You can do a master reset but in few days the problem will return. You must desactivate word predictor and the other (i don´t remeber how to say that in english) (Ofrecer terminaciones y predictor de palabras)

For the four times,My phone freezed again when I was typing sms.It's really annoying.Delete itap.dat will fix this problem but the problem will rise again after I typed sms repeatedly.Has anyone fixed this problem?

This is THE BEST FW i ever flashed to my phone, but, as the NOOBER NOOB that i am, i tried a PORTUGUESE (BRAZIL) langpack from 45P, and bricked my phone!

So i flashed the MAXX2 SBF file again, and everything is allright now!

So i may ask... IS THERE A PORTUGUESE LANGPACK FOR THIS FW ALREADY?

If yes, please PM me anyone. =}

have a problem here.. when i create a new msg, it was hang.. and i need to pull out the battery then must turn on.. what is the problem? can u  all solve it?

Yo must disable the word predictor and word learning, then you must activate both again. Other option is doing a master reset. bregards

is the problem of phone freze only with the spanish LP or with the original too?

i think with the added lp, cause i have the english version and it works fine, never had a hang by the sms, i had have hangs with playing music and if i receive a call it hangs or just vibe and never come back to life... had to remove battery and restart...

nice update from maxx 4ap....but i've some problem......it couldn't access the ext3 partition...even i've swap+ext3 on....it not works:(

finally i flash my fone to this mp. very fast and stable.. new look too than the previous vers.
i ve compare with black storm and i prefer to choose maxx v2. black storm fast but sucks in writing sms. in benchmark black storm just make score 154 and maxx v2 354. you can see the difference. no lag in sms. but if reach 2 pages or more lag will occur. is it bug? could it fixed?

Try to hold * for few seconds when writing sms and experiencing lag. This would make a new paragraph, and reduce a lag.

Try extract qplayer.mpkg with izarc and find mplayer file in extracted..replace mplayer file in zmplayer folder with the one in qplayer..

Hi guys. sometimes when writing sms if i press the joystick to left or up it will block the text like when block the text if want to copy and paste. And if i continue writing with the blocked text, the text will erased. Why it can be? Is it bugs in maxx2? I have turn of predictive text and itap feature. But still like that.. Could someone know the solution?

It's kaledoscope bugs...if that happening just press options>edit>copy and the text block will disappears..

may i guest.. are u using vista for telnet?? if u using vista it cant be.
for connect fone with MMC mode u must safely remove first. press voice dialing button and press safely remove SD.

this is the best f/w so far for me.....the condition of e2 is GREAT......it stops restarting the phone.....and works faster then ever......

Recently, I have flashed my E2 by this firmware. It is one of the best firmware in terms of stability and Speed.
But problem I am facing now is Battery consumption, It is not lasting for one day :). It started happening when I tried to overclocked the phone by 208Mhz in expert mode. This should not consume more because in normal mode(without overclocking), CPU is speed is around 300. My understanding is that apmd is running and it is draining lot of battery power. My question is that How to stop this apmd.  Can you pls anyone in this forum suggest some solution for this problem

One more problem - Bluetooth is not Powering on. Please let me know whethet these are knowns issues(bugs) in this firmare?

i cant assign picture for my contact in phonebook. the only way is using file manager then apply to existing contact. anyone know why this happen? it happen everytime even just after i reflash the phone

after replace file CG41 on step "waiting for re-enumeration" and process tab show 100%

@PoOjuNz: no, you cant use the regular lp, there are some mods for this fw to apply a LP. i think you have to reflash.

@Aku46: are you using the sim contacts? try to do it with phone contacts
