you have to delete the old one and install the new one using Motorola Midlets Manager
u can download it here http://www.e398mod.com/content/view/57/28/

As far as I know, most of new released MP`s support multi corelet.
So you can install the new ones without deleting the old one. You can install new corelet using  Motorola Midlets Manager 0.85.2 (http://www.e398mod.com/content/view/57/28/) as MarkoP said :)

don't forget to choose .jad file, not .jar

if you check the MotoMidMan application, CORElets that were placed prior would run first during start-up.. ex: if iTunes was set to 0 location & 1 for MediaViewer.. iTunes would start first & would be used as Default CORElet..

there's a plug-in in MediaViewer where u can set CORElet to non-corelets.. so that when phone starts, it would bypass the 1st application (ex. here was iTunes) that was set to CORElets before..

you my post was understandable..
