Title: A1200i or Z6, is my dilemma... Post by: Atomik88 on November 05, 2007, 03:19:12 pm After my E2 was stolen, I am looking for new moto phone, but I am in serious dilemma about what phone I choose: A1200i or Z6.
Please, somebody that own one of these or both, could you give some impressions about them? Like gaming, application built-in, music playing, and so on... Title: Re: A1200i or Z6, is my dilemma... For application built-in,U have to choose A1200.It has had office and PDF Reader as Z6 is just the same as E2 in built-in application. For music playing,Z6 is a good choice.Coz it has the superb sound and fully bass boost working. Z6 is still a new phone.No much mod has developed as A1200 has a wide development.Those Rockbox,exmms,etc have worked on A1200. Title: Re: A1200i or Z6, is my dilemma... It used 624mhz processor which is the fastest in its class... Thats the main reason to choose Z6... ;) Ming is a little out of date, but still can be a choice... Dont forget about E6..!

whatever the phone u buy is for u.. so why u want to pickup an outdate model.. pick a latest one.. Post by: ilove3d on November 06, 2007, 08:35:38 pm z6 modding is terribely hard, the bootloader do a complicate checksum to the smgs, so if we flash modded smgs to the phone, the phone don't boot at all

My friend owns an E6.He asked me to mod it...I've flashed it twice with different firmware.Now he is using 03P modified by Vanhieumai where U can modify ezxvolumetable as U wish directly by using built-in text editor....I've installed Rockbox,GPSP Emulator,exMMS,and many more....But I haven't red about quad band enabled.After playing around with the phone,I can say that it's a great phone...Great sound quality as well..But one thing that I dislike is the long shape..I prefer A1200 with the round shape and so comfortable in hand.
