I know E398 never dies.. but i think we kill our phone easily.. that's no point, i just want E398 life after flash.. not DEAD after flash.. if it happens to me, i can handle that. but if it happens to newbie??for sure they will tension bout this problem

Thats a plugin of MV.You have to unload iTunes and then load MV for that icons to show up.Please check twice before you post such things ;)

LOL.. thats Indonesian version.. im not flash this MP, sorry i cant translate for u.. my E398 is still at Emergency Room LOL, i dont have a time to buy a new battery for 'his', bcoz i am using E2 ;D

i've tried to translate it but after i reinstalled it on the phone it said "Corelet corrupted. Do you want to delete it?", or something like that so i have to live with this. Is there any way to just apply a plugin to other Media Viewer Version? Or at least translate and / or change the skin of this one?


I also found a bug:
Settings --> Personalise --> Banner Graphic
1. In this section i can't press the back button. I mean i press it but nothing happens.
2. Also in this section it don't matters what you choose, clock remains selected.

That's it for now. I was a bit dissapointed at start but what can i say. It's a great mp.

I want to say  there are some unuseful things in this MP.
And some applications that  POER mentioned are not really carried into effect...
Maybe the reason is I don't know how to use :'(

i found another bug

when i hit reboot the phone is not rebooting. it enters some kind of chat that needs to be configured.
so if you can solve this with a patch or something please do it. it's a bit annoying to shutdown the phone and start again, insert the sim code... you know... it's a lose of time... the reboot thing is faster

There is a patch for that..Something called "reboot on chat.fpa" Use that to enable it on your e398. :)

why dont u explore the DRM.. u can make more than this.. so Monsterpack for ROKR will added  :D

I know Raunamaxtor but i found another bug and i changed the mp so i've restored a backup of RGF i find it better.
And the bug:
When i enter in settings --> initial setup --> vibe sync and activate it the sound simply goes nuts. If i play a song with mv, itunes or the standard mp3 player the sound is very bad.

ps: i made the translation and the plugin integration of that Media Viewer from RockMantic. If there's anyone that want's that mv in english and with winamp skin can get it here.

I think it's same when u use p2ktools or p2kC.
Just copy skin folder from TF(of course should save the skin file to ur TF)
Create skin folder on ur phone using filemanager(MV) than copy all .dat n .ski files.
Restart ur phone.
I think all MP can do this since have filemanager(MV,VC,MC)that support full java acces n enough space in ur phone.

you must unload itunes. then select the corelet you wanna use. read his manual of MP.

i think your problem is your keypad, as far as i know. flashing MP can never makes problem like you hav.
try to change camera button to whatever. then undo patch video button twice.
if that makes any changes. i was right. clean your phone and rearrenge your casing carefully
if your problem exist. try another MP (you done it). sorry i can help you yet...:(

Your problem is same with my friend....

may be your phone's keypad IC have damaged.
you can repair it or change with the new one!  :)

where are you came from??i'm from Indonesia, my friends ever having the same problems too, in Indonesia  if you take your phone to MSC it will cost about 75 thousands IDR, but if you take to unofficial service center it will cost about 60 IDR.

I think ROKR/E398 is'nt support for 2 GB MicroSD, coz it will take along time to access it....
