I was 2in1: Level 2 shared hosting support + Manager of e-mail support team. The ex-company is Aplus.Net (they ceased all operations in Bulgaria and moved back to USA).

Now I will start with a new hosting company - Hostway.com. They are bigger (have many sub-companies), but I will start as Level 1 phone support (whoa again talking to customers about setting up their e-mail accounts). However we have some basic promise that positions will be open very soon and we (I) can go level up quickly...

In the other hand I am actively working on personal projects (like finishing Masters of Mathematics, doing a php/mysql CMS for math problems, building hosting servers, etc) and my best dream is to work for myself and make the living money myself... Not sure if that can happen soon Smiley

I just rejected the offer from hostway.com (level 1 technician, low salary, far from my home) because I am waiting for an official answer from softwareag.com if they will take me as "online community manager" or not... After two weeks I will know if my decision was correct or not
