now when i insert my phone the pc does not say new hardware found i have removed all traces of pk2 but still im stuck?

Please help me. first i couldnt install the hardware and now i cant get the pc to say that new hardware is found why is this im really upset? :'(

Open up either p2k tools or RSD, Anything software wise will look for it and should bring up the 'found new hardware'
