  ???Help Me Huh?

         I have write to in desperation. Because I have downloaded
 one file on Motorola e398 Modders.com, and try to use it as i connect my mobile phone... my
> phone's screen turns black and says that it was transfer mode..

did you make back up of your phone??
if it so just restore the fullbackup...
I guessed you should upgrade your phone First before flashing any R373 MP

I replied by e-mail to lanvasquez already. Here was my answer:

"Don't worry - most probably you didn't converted from R372 to R373 before
the flash

Here is what you have to do:
1. When it's turned off press and hold the * + # and press the red button
(start). You should enter bootloader. Even if the screen is completely
white or crapped - no worries.
2. Connect your phone with datacable
3. Use the flashing software and flash this:
http://www.e398mod.com/content/view/506/30/
4. After the flash is complete your phone should be working fine. You may
need to remove the battery once after the flash (only if it do not turn
on)
5. Now you can flash the Elektro firmware"

followup on the e-mail (sorry I cannot help here): He is not able to flash anything in bootloader mode, because when he connect his phone to the laptop he get "USB Device Not Recognized"...

I asked him to reinstall drivers, but it shows the same thing

Anybody to help?

that's his problem - he can't. When he connect his phone it shows "Device not recognized"

i've problem like that b4.. my solution is try to twisted usb cable and its worked sometimes hahaha..
try to use toothpick for cleaning ur connection from the bottom of ur phone..

hope u understand for the explains..
