I am not able to find the CELL INFO DISPLAY settings on my Moto Rokr E8 phone. So I am not able to see the provider Location Name on my display.

Could anyone let me know how to get to this setting, or if I need to upgrade my firmware for this?

Go to Messages then click options and settings.Then find the info services.U'll see the cell info display setting there.
