@Herrick Tword
I'm not sure, because when I'm using windows xp sp2, everything works normal..

not only mmca1, but all folder in system is read only, copy paste doesn't work at all.

you can enable telnet client on windows settings, but samba doesn´t work properly. Is there any kind of samba client, wich support vista?

i am using MAXX II E2 and theres no problem when using memory card mode, it works normal but sometimes my memory card error when loading to the phone, so i try use usb net mode to transfer files and no more trouble comes.
But now i'm using vista sp1 ( xp before ), i can telnet by enabling telnet client in windows features and samba (maybe) by changing the LAN manager authentication level options, i can see system and all the folder but when i try to copy paste, windows say theres not enough free space avaliable in system and all folder.

try look at this http://www.reviewingit.com/index.php/content/view/45/

our samba is 2.0.7 how to upgrade the samba?

recompiling samba source code for E2's processor.
A simpler solution may be disabling NTLMv2 in vista's security policies. That would make samba work.  I've been researching, and will try that later...

No. It does not work. That solution only allows u to access the phone read-only. Sad
I've tested it before and I think it is what the TS have done. There's no alternatives samba client available.
Get VMWare player or something and install XP or even better a linux distro. Wink
