Hi, i'm nwbie in the forum, yesterday i flash mi Rokr E2, all was well, buti have a little problem with the signal of the net, sometimes my phone loss the signal and display the message "Emergency Only", it never happens mith my original FW, my phone is Movistar from Peru, anybody have a idea about why is happen that?Huh? my english is a little rusty, sorry

try to enable quad-band(you may flash this file Xronos_Scottish7.hs) Wink it should help

I found the roblem, the band of my country is 850 Mhz and i only have 900/1800 and 1900, i need a flez with 850 mhz included, anybody knows where i can find it, o change manually the band???

xD!! nop the quadband don't work for me, i have the katze2 with the xronoss_scotish included, i try and t doesnt work, i found another flex with 850 Mhz band included, i try it later and i post the results tomorrow  Smiley

take it easy. Using quadband lowers the battery duration.
If you want, you can use a triband flex:

Use the flex you need according to your operator's band.
Flex it using RSD lite and pluggin' your ROKR in MODEM MODE.

how is it possible it don't works? QUAD-BAND includes 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 bands... just look:

maybe you're doing sth wrong... Undecided

I solve the problem with this flex, and without Quadband, only a few countries use the 850 Mhz band, 900 Mhz is the usual band around the world, thanks a lot for the answers!!!! Cheesy
