What do you mean?

Program does not engage when you open exe file?

You just do not know what to do and how to edit skins?

You should say whats the problem... We don't really understand what's the problem...
If skinner4moto doesn't enter when you acces the exe file it must be a conflict with another program from your computer. It happened to me too and after i reinstalled windows it worked.
If there is another problem you should say it because "Help I can't use skinner4moto, it's not workin'" isn't very clear.
