an e398 dead?Help me

First of all hi to all. next my phone is dead and im really sad. I tried to do that e398 rokr conversion and when i was flashing 42r for all i dont know if the progrm wen bad or my phon because the phone stayed on the sw upgrade screen and the multi flash program sayed 100 % complete and in progress at the same time i disconnected the phone and poof blank screen now. read that it is supposed to get killed during this and then im supposed to put a r323 but my multi flash keeps tellin me s blank neptune, and then tells me that im tryin to flash a reflash on a blank neptune and this should only be there for SECURITY errors. i dont know wat to do my back up file has also disappeared and both flash programs sometimes freeze and stop responding i cant seem to fix this please help. i heard if i get moto repair studio it hepls but i cant get it any where.

try use flashbackup then open bootloader flash with r373 monster pack
if cant open bootloader try use force boot
