Poll removed..
You cannot flash with low battery.Charge the battery first using a desktop charger or from another phone and then flash an E1 MP..

JithinSK is right.. try a desktop charger or charge the battery with another e398/rokr

yup JithinSK is right.. even i had the same problem with my e398 . and i had to charge with a desktop charger.
