I don't know a seem edit about delivery reports... I remember that we made it on E398 by patches. Unsure.

SEEM 0032_0001, offset 9F - bit 4: (1 to off/0 to on) Turn Delivery Report

So turn that bit off...

there isnt that patch for k1 at the moment
you will have to set it everytime
