no he cant because he already have a RSA removed MP a non RSA removed firmware will brick his phone

you mean that you can't flash RSA enabled fw? I didn't know that. I remember it was not a problem to flash stock fw back on E398...

in L7i RSA removed by testpoit method i think it can be revert back only by flash full backup created by  MS tool.
flashing firm ware of RSA enabled MP on a RSA removed phone(l7i) will brick it
