Actually...if u can telnet, u dont need to master reset or master clear... Just:
# rm -f /ezx_user/download/appwrite/am/UserMenuTree
# reboot

I have other solution if you can't telnet through USBnet...

U need to install EZXterm..

just telnet using that software to do masterreset/masterclear like i said before..
or do the command that Keaglez said...
