Hi,

This is actually an archive file (like zip), which contains the actual firmware. Go download winrar from http://rarlabs.com/download.htm and un(7)zip it :) Then you will get the actual firmware (sbf or shx or whatever)

You could also check out http://www.7-zip.org/ and download the original program that runs 7Zip compressions and it supports de-compression of all major methods. I've been using it for years now and it's completely free. Cheers dude

huhuhu i got this problem b4, so i just try n try using winrar n winzip.. now its worked.. usually zip file.. just *.zip ,*.rar .. now when i join moto modding.. new zip extension i found.. so great hahahaha...

highly recommend winRAR which u can read many other format also.  :D
