first, you have any usb to mini usb cable.
cut and open mini usb side plastic cover.
de-solder and remove all cables from mini usb connector.

solder pin3 to pin4
solder pin5 to +5V cable (red cable from usb cable)
solder pin1 to GND (black cable from usb cable)
solder pin2 to pin1 via 200ohm resistor

and isolate and repack usb connector.

this cable works with any usb charger. you can charge your e2 from any usb charger, computer etc.

If u wanna do that, use your standard usb cable.
This is for using any usb charger to charge our rokr  e2, or use a pc-usb cable to only charge the phone

it doesnt matter. your phone on or off. usb charger and this cable charge your phone.

if you add some switch to this cable you will use this cable for data.
usbA connectors pin2 and pin3 (green and white cables) connect to mini usb connectors pin2 and pin3 need for data.
but we solder miniusb connectors pin2 to pin3 for charge.
