I have been reading a lot about my modding my ROKR lately.

Its triband for USA and doesnt work in India. can I flash my E1 with Revolution grand finale/ moto lovers 2 without any problems?

Boot loader 0A.02
SW version: R373_G_0E.30.44R

HEELp please.

I tried downgrading the bootloader and failed big time.

Now the bootloader keeps on saying

Battery OK
Now Flash #2
USB
Transfer mode


I am using flashbackup 2.62

Downgrade step by step.
1) Backup your data, because everything will be lost
2) Use flashbackup to flash the "BOOT_0A02_to_07D0_step1". After this step the phone will boot in special boot mode
3) Flash the "BOOT_0A02_to_07D0_step2" file.
4) Now you can flash any Monsterpacks designed for E398@E1.


I guess u havent flash the second file, is it?

Back on topic, Yes you can make a backup before flashing (flash&backup 3) then flash with the MP you like

Avoid 75r and 79r on ROKR bootloader though

Thanks for the replies.

I did use the flash the second file but somehow it didnt work.

AM I using the wrong program? I read that with a different program the second file will give error.

I am using flashbackup 2.62.
