sorry, i'll just go to the point:

-can we change the default mma_ucp(incl:mma_old &mma_dcp) after flashing MP?
-how to create menu that didn't exist? (ex: reboot phone, shutdown,elf, etc)
-which program we cant use to create monster pack? (from zero point, i mean, we create the MP from nothing, not from other MP that we modified and we create it with FB)

All mma menu editing can be done with MMA Advanced Editor, its on e398mod Smiley

If you want to make MP from scratch, use some stock flex and firmware... They are on e398mod aswell, in Monsterpacks>r373 reflashes Smiley
