I have 1 e398 (r373_G_0E.30.42R) some already flash to motoMusicqV3
and now it having no network at all .What should i do now.Or how can I
convert it back to E398.Any Brother there can help me please .

check the airplane mode..
how to get bak to previous firmware?? just restore your full backup

Try to add new network manually.
