OK, Now I got my phone out again to restore it. I see that when I connect it to USb cable, it shuts down.

Also the phone still doesnt accept sim cards.

Can that be a connected issue?

No,

This is the thing.

I have a ROKR E1 that boots up properly but doesnt read simcard at all.

Whenever i connect to USB cable, it shuts off. I cant switch it on when connected to the USB cable.

rest everything looks good.

my current bootloader is 0A.02. Is there any chance that the bootloader may not have been re-installed correctly?

What will be the fastest MP or firmware to flash?
