May E398/I398/ROKR E1 phone models go two sim cards support...  Huh?

I'v seen a seem at P2k Commander : "Preferred Sim Card"...

It mean that listed models support two sim cards?

yes, with dual-sim adapter... Not very usable (drains battery fast if you use them simultaneously). It's good if you switch between cards a lot (eg you have one card only for making cheap calls, but nobody dials you on it)
