Trouble with e398@Rokr

Hey, all..
I've got trouble mith e398@rokr.
The firmware is broken... But I don't have the back up file. coz It was the modded e398 when i buy it. then I want to re-install it...
It can not start normally... always white blink and restart and continously like that, so I can't connect it with my comp. What should I do??? should I backUp it??
Can I backUp the phonenumber?? cos it was very important...

try flash a REFLASH.
or if you only have a MP, then flash with FB3, only TICK option CG1, CG3, CG7, and CG18.
don't try to tick CG2 or your phone data will be erased

if your phone comeback to life, then you have to be glad that the error was not in CG2

since his e398 cant connect to the computer. you should do force boot. try and try..

He ment it can`t connect by Data/Fax connection to backup his phonebook not boot connection..

Glad 2 hear that.. bwt,what u've to do for fix u'r problem..??

First, I connected my Rokr E1 which the condition was good. Then I installed the drivers, and then I tried force bootloader with my broken e398@Rokr.
But I forgot to back Up my phonebook. Uhhh, forget it...
The important is my phone become alive again.. BTW, can I take my phonebook from the backup file??
