Here is the tutorial:
Skins for Winamp mobile,
Installation of skinov to fleshku:

1. Open the .jad in notebook
2. We change there here this line: skinpath: /.a/mobile/skins/, to this: skinpath: /.b/mobile/skins/
3. And we write Pleyer into the telephone, or it is possible to edit Jad in proge MMM(to isolate poleyer,
to harvest by right button to it and to select - to change Jad)
4. We create on Flesch in folder mobile folder skins, and we write there skiny..
----------------------------------
But after using the tutorial LPis giving application error.
If any one have changed LPskin on his E398 particularly plz help.

I don't really understand this part: "pcst the jar file."
The jar file is the main midlet file.

To change the skin you need:
-Light-Player jar file (attached with winamp skin)
-Light-Player new skin (attached some skins)
-WinRAR (for extracting the jar archive)

Steps:

1. Extract the jar file with WinRAR into a folder... let's say "lp_mod" is the name of the folder

2. Copy the skin files in the "lp_mod\skin" folder

3. Archive the the contents of the folder with winrar in zip format (without folder)... i mean all files and folders in "lp_mod\*.*" but without "lp_mod"

4. change the extention from *.zip to *.jar

5. rename the zip file as your jad file requires (if you install through the jad file)

6. install the app to your phone through MotoMidMan, and give it full access

7. enjoy

to do the folowing you need to have winrar installed

- to archive you must select all the files and folders in that "lp_mod" folder (press [CTRL]+[A] or use the mouse to select them)

- right click on one of the files and select "Add to archive"

- select ZIP (betwen RAR and ZIP - on the left side of the window)

- click "OK"

that's all
