i had a problem with sound for the first time i bought e398 (about 2 years ago).
the weird is, when i plug the headset and play music from sounds, the speakers not silent but still in load mode as well as i dont plug the headset.

after that, as an usual problem in my e398, its repaired by itself. can someone give me an idea or dianosa for that?

sorry for my bad english
warm regard.

Can u hear anything through the headset while the problem occurs?
I think ur headset is broken or its not pluged well.

your post is the same topic like jithsink did (see this https://motohell.com/index.php?topic=1971.0)

may be you can check the female jack, clean it, make sure it doesn't broken.if it's broke, replace it with the new ones.

no my man.
it isn't same problem like NikSy problem.

i mean when i plug the headset into my e398, the speaker still loud and i can hear from the headset either. so my e398 voices comes from 2 different ways, from headset and speaker, both of them it's normal.

one more thing, i'm certain that i plug the headset correctly. and my headset doesnt have that problem when i plug it into my e1.

until now, it never heppen again. so i wondering why that problem occur, if you know it.

thx n cheerss.

But the problem not happen again till now.
What about ur battery level that time??
Some electronic device need some state of voltage to work properly.

of course the battery was good. two years ago my e398 is still new.
i was thinking it must be caused by system failure at my mobile. but it wasnt. because i get it reformatted by motorola center but still the same.

when i was give up, it was repaired by itself until now. i'm not lay to you, its really weird for me.

The level is what Im talking about, not the condition. Is it in low batt level or full charge??

If its in full charge, I dont hav any clue anymore.
But since the problem is gone already, lets just hope that it wont show up again.

Sorry.
