@ maz_popo
Use P2KTools VS, go to Sound Editor.
Just try and error, which value give best effect.

@ k4bo3l
Tested on rokr ultimate.
Try replace GT PT files using P2KTools VS, go to File Manager.
This not affected Bass Boost setting.

Tested 2 different gain_table (Stock & GT PT) over and over again and I really think it doesn't have any effect on the quality of the audio. I'm not sure, but in my phone (MAXX E2 II), there's no difference when either of the two are applied. I'll look more into this..

Ow is it really work on your maxx 3? i have big sound problem with maxx3, the sound in high volume 5-7 really make me frustation, i dont know how to describe it but sometime the volume is high and sometime its lower. so i working GTPT with Blackstorm and it work well but not good enough compare to E398\E1...is there any chance E2 sound will get better? if not now i'm thinking to back to E1, me  and my girl really satisfy with the sound quality of e398 i gave her.

You can edit GTPT with P2KTool VS or MotoTables, so you can change the bass and trebble setting. It need try and error...
The firmware with best sound is Katze3. Have you try it?

maxx 3....and you change your GTPT with yours and the volume table is original from maxx3?

I wonder how Katze could have that surround sound?

Yes, no problem when using my GTPT and MAXX3's volumetable.
