new to modding

hi guys..im new to the whole modding thng. i recently got an e398 so i cud try the moddin thng. i would like to know what exactly do i need. obviously my e398,a usb cable,the monster pack. and what else? do i need a software disc and what other software? plz guys any help would be appreciated as i want to mod my moto

2.Driver

Turn off your phone and then hold (all together, in the same time!) *,# and RED button! Bootloader should show up on screen If phone starts turning on normally, then try again (:

You can leave the bootloader by pressing RED. Then you can hold RED and boot your phone in normal mode.

When you get into the bootloader, post the information you can read from it? Then I could guide you to the next step
