yesterday i was new download "StarterXP_i3.46r_RokrE1"....Huh?
how i can use it.....?? Sad Sad thank's.

I suppose you are a newbie in flashing mobiles.

When you downloaded the new flash you ve got .shx file shis is the flash file. Use flashbackup to flash it. BUT before doing this make full backup if you need more helep there is a glued tutorial in main screean of e398/e1 forum or you can finde one at e398mod.com in tutorial section
