I plan to buy a new battery for my Motorola.
I bought one last year but I guess I did not charge it properly.
I plugged the phone to the charger and waited for the battery to be fully charged, then unplugged the phone.

I was told that the phone should be plugged to the charger three times for 12 hours, is that correct?

Charging Li-ion battery will reduce the lifetime of the battery, 4 about 5% in 30x charging, so its better to charge Ur battery when its empty. 4 the 1st charging, charge it into fully charged + 1/8 time to make it full ^_^
