AFAIK C261 is ODM Series, not P2K series. So it can't be flashed using FB or other P2K softwares. CMIIW

You need to use "DMTool_v1.2.0.9" to flash this phone. You can get it here: http://forum.motofan.ru/index.php?showtopic=93230

If you wish to unlock it - use "Compat Tool"
