here, i have conclusion how to access ITP connection. This is useful for transfer file system (modding font, skin or other else). I hope you will correct if i am wrong. I use Windows xp professional to do this. This is based on your all guys explanation. Thank you so much:

1. my phone have been flashed with "martincz" firmware, you can find that firmware at https://motohell.com/index.php?topic=3403.0 . and how to flash it you can find at http://www.e2mod.com/e8/tutorials/20-how-to-flash-motorola-rokr-e8.html .
2. Install motorola usb driver. you can find by google help hehe,,, at http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=motorola+usb+driver&ei=UTF-8&fr=moz2 .
3. after phone is flashed,  switch your phone connection to "modem & tools".
4. afterward, connect your motorola phone by usb cable to PC.
5. open your windows explorer. right click your mouse and choose explorer. write to the address "http://ftp://192.168.16.2/". if PC need password, use username "root" and empty password.
6. Now you in,, you get it,, nice - enjoy!!!

I have done all this and I am able to browse the phone but I can not add or delete files. Any reason why?

Like me I have problems setting up a FTP server connection, with all 4 of my computer, there is another way around it but you will need at least 2 computer to do this, you can download a program called team viewer (free to download) which sets up a ftp server without ip address and works perfect as a simply solution, but haven't tested it out with the E8, but as long as the E8 is seen as a removable media it should work.

you can not delete file which it is system file.

for FTP connection, make sure all step is passed. or, please be remind, after you flashed your phone, please restart first to get your phone run in new firmware.
