some of the patches included are new to me and I don't know what they are doing... Some things I was not able to translate too (marked with ?)

Most of those patches are already here.
I'm using them on my E398 right now

I haven't read the original description. But I can guess what those patches are
2) Holding green button patch = enable long press on green button to go to Received Calls list
5) Picture in standart player = showing background picture when playing sound in multimedia
25) 3 minutes time detection ? = bluetooth active time is set to 3 minutes
35) Changed font of time and date? = digital font size is set to large
55) Removed java status ? = hiding status bar when running java application for full screen display
57) Time in status line? = showing digital clock on status bar
